UPANG Signature UV LED Baby Bottle Sanitizer - Bianca White (UP911)

My family recently purchased this device, but due to unforeseen family circumstances, we needed to request a return. Unfortunately, not only was our request denied, but our emails have also gone unanswered, leaving us completely ignored. This has been extremely disappointing. The product has not been used — it was only opened to check, which is a reasonable step any customer would take. Upon inspection, we realized it was not suitable for our needs. A return in this situation should not be considered unreasonable. What concerns me most is not simply the refusal, but the lack of communication or willingness to understand the customer’s situation. This level of service reflects poorly, not only on this store but also on the wider online shopping experience. If it were possible to give a zero-star rating, I would, without hesitation.

Very satisfied with the product. The product comes with 110V which I don't need to use converter. And it's spacious enough to put both baby bottles and pumping parts. You can continuously use the UV sterilizer with most of the baby plates, utensils, teether, toys, etc. , so I'll continuously use when my baby starts solid food. Also, I like the design which doesn't look like it's a baby stuff and you can pick the color that goes with your kitchen interiors.
